The Metabolomics Atlas provides metabolomics and meta data to the world scientific community to advance the scientific study of human health.

Currently，Atlas is not an open access database and is only available to collaborators. Access to data is managed through the Metabolomics Atlas Resource Executive Committee, which meets monthly to discuss data access requests.

Access to Data in Metabolomics Atlas

1. Access to existing data

1. Register your account name and password and log in to this page after you have been approved;
2. Visit the "RESEARCH" module to find the type of data you want to apply for;
3. The Metabolomics Atlas intellectual property belongs to the Human Metabolomics Institute, Inc.. Currently，Atlas is not an open access database and is only available to collaborators. For any questions or inquires, please contact: atlas@hmibiotech.com. Collaborators please fill out the application information form according to the template provided and send it to us via email. After the committee discussion, you will be notified of the application result and payment information by email.
4. After completing the payment and signing the agreement, you will get the corresponding data access rights.

2. Submission of new data

The research team collects new data related to metabolomics by completing the form and contacting us by email describing detailed sample information and metabolite detection information for your data. After a committee discussion, your data can be uploaded to our database. Data providers will have the added benefit of access to some existing data. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. We welcome metabolomics and microbiome data with metadata.
